W klasach pierwszych w ostatni poniedziałek, tj. 18 kwietnia, miała miejsce wycieczka do Gdyni. Nasza młodzież była na prelekcji o florze i faunie Morza Bałtyckiego w “Akwarium Gdyńskim” na Skwerze Kościuszki. Wykład był bardzo interesujący, a dotyczył budowy geologicznej i ekosystemu naszego jedynego morza. Młodzież odwiedziła również Akademię Morską. Spotkanie w sali tradycji było bardzo ciekawe i inspirujące, stąd wiemy, iż tradycje morskie Polski sięgają przełomu X i XI wieku. Po tej dawce wiedzy i kultury, kolejnym punktem naszej wycieczki był “Jump City”, w myśl zasady “w zdrowym ciele zdrowy duch”. Wszystkim dopisywała kondycja, humory, a słoneczna pogoda podkreślała walory turystyczne Gdyni.
On the 18th of April, our first class students went on a school trip to Gdynia. The students participated in a lecture devoted to the fauna and flora of the Baltic Sea at the Gdynia Aquarium. The lecture was very interesting and was mainly covered the geological structure and ecosystem of our sea. The students also visited the Maritime Academy. The meeting there was equally interesting and inspiring – we learnt that Polish maritime traditions date back to around the beginning of the 11th century. After that, we went to the Jump City – since a healthy body helps maintain a healthy mind. Everybody was in a good mood and the great weather revealed the true beauty of Gdynia.
