My, zespół teatralny naszego Gimnazjum, postanowiliśmy zmierzyć się z prawdziwą “tremą teatralną” i wystawić “Czerwonego Kapturka” poza murami szkoły. W ramach dobrej współpracy udaliśmy się do przedszkola nr 8 na ul Bema. Nasze maluchy były bardzo wymagającą publicznością i bardzo przeżywały, każde pojawienie się Czerwonego Kapturka i Wilka. Przedstawiliśmy naszą wersję po angielsku i po polsku. Ta ostatnia wersja została zdecydowanie lepiej odebrana, choć nasza publiczność trafnie odczytywała scenki grane w języku angielskim. Mamy nadzieję, że nie jest to ostatni nasz występ poza szkołą.
The theatre team from our gimnazjum has decided to face “stage fright” and present “Little Red Riding Hood” outside our school. As we regularly cooperate with Kindergarten no 8 in Bema street, we opted to go there. The kids were a very demanding audience and they were very emotional when Little Red Riding Hood and the Woolf appeared on stage. The show was given in both English and Polish. The Polish version seemed to have been understood much better, but the English version was quite easy to follow – the kids managed to work out the meaning from the context even though the dialogues were in English. We hope it won`t be our last performance outside the school.
