Trip to London 2019

Wycieczka do Londynu 2019.

Wizyta w M&M’s World i Lego World – wspaniałe, bajecznie kolorowe miejsca! Głód zaspokoiliśmy w Soho, chińskiej dzielnicy. Głównym daniem były oczywiście tradycyjne azjatyckie potrawy. Najedzeni, byliśmy gotowi na główną atrakcję dnia, czyli musical „The School of Rock”. Niesamowite show! Profesjonalna gra młodych aktorów, wspaniała scenografia i inspirująca historia! Polecamy! Drugiego dnia podziwialiśmy panoramę Londynu z London Eye, wzięliśmy udział w rejsie po Tamizie i odwiedziliśmy oceanarium Sea Life. Następnie prosto do Tower i Tower Bridge. Potem jeszcze piękny dworzec St Pancras International i do hotelu! Ostatniego dnia zwiedzaliśmy niesamowite Muzeum Historii Naturalnej i Muzeum Techniki.

On April 1-4, the sixth and seventh grade students went on a trip to London which included numerous attractions. The first day was full of unforgettable experiences. Straight from the Liverpool Street station we went directly to the Harry Potter store – we bought souvenirs and took photos on the famous platform 9 ¾. Then off to Oxford Street! We visited M&M’s World and Lego World which were extremely colorful and cheerful places! Then feeling hungry, we went to Soho, the Chinese district, to get something to eat. The main course was obviously a traditional Asian dish. Having eaten, we were ready for the main attraction of the day, the musical „The School of Rock.” It was an amazing show which included a talented group of professional young actors, great set design and an inspiring story! We definitely recommend it! On the second day, we admired the London skyline from the London Eye, took a cruise on the Thames and visited the Sea Life aquarium. After that we did some mandatory shopping at Oxford Street. On the third day of sightseeing, we started with the Royal Observatory Greenwich where we saw the famous zero meridian. For dinner, we decided to go to a traditional British bar, where we tried a dish called „pie and mash”. From Greenwich, we went for some tea in the Queen’s house. The busy monarch could not welcome us personally, but we had a chance to look at her headquarters – the Buckingham Palace and the nearby St. James’ Park. Then we went straight to the Tower and Tower Bridge. After that we visited the beautiful St. Pancras International Station. Finally on the last day, we had the pleasure of visiting the amazing Museum of Natural History and the Museum of Technology. It was a very exciting and amazing trip!
